Fishy Traffic Feed?

I'm really starting to wonder about the accuracy of my traffic feed.  Every time I come to my blog the most recent view is from the united states and more than half of the time it was 0 seconds ago.  Does this seem fishy?  I'm wondering if there is a more reliable (and still free) traffic feed I can add to my blog?  Any recommendations?
