Mmmmm...apple juice and grilled cheeseAfter church today a bunch of us went out to the picnic site to catch some rays....oh wait, there were no rays! It was really hot in town but cooler and cloudy at the lake. After a while the sun peeked out a couple times, the weather was actually really nice. We weren't cold but we weren't boiling either. Tanya and Jason came out and Gabe and Rowan (is that how you spell it?) were the only boys there so they got to really play together for the first time. They did great! There were a few times when we thought they were going to start swinging but Rowan would just run circles around Gabriel and Gabriel would turn away from him and say "NO!" They followed each other around and had a great time (other than Gabe being overtired and rather grumpy). I won't mention the reacurring gun incident!
When were all ready to head home, Brandon, Lawrence and Jason decided to go fishing. Its 10:20pm and there just pulling in the driveway now, so that means they either caught a fish and didn't want to stop in case there were more or they wouldn't stop because there were no fish! So it was a nice relaxing afternoon. Must do it again sometime! And we'll have to set up a few playdates for Rowan, Gabe, and Tristan......we'll get him to go to sunday school yet!!

Rowyn (with a y) had a great time. I know he wanted to get out of the van so bad when we dropped Jason off. We will have to all get together real soon...thats for sure. And we'll get our walk in soon too! (silly men needing to fish!) We all really enjoyed today, church, the beach...everything. It was great!
What a goober....Rowyn wouldn't take off those stupid goggles! He wore them all the way home from the lake! Atleast I can say that he doesn't even have to try to make me laugh...he just has to be himself!
